Enhancing communication and customer experience with an internal wiki

Morgan & Morgan, a rapidly growing company, found much of their institutional knowledge scattered across emails and training programs. This created a challenge in retrieving and sharing crucial information. A.Team responded to this challenge by building a comprehensive internal wiki. Through this centralized knowledge platform, A.Team was able to enhance Morgan & Morgan's internal communication and efficiency for customers to access information on human resources, learning & support, and personal injury as a practice area.
