Lyft’s mission is to improve people’s lives with the world’s best transportation. But in order to make sense of the firehose of data coming in everyday, they needed expert data analysts to help the pricing team. The goal: Come up with new pricing and margin strategies to continue to serve 95% of the United States. It was a critical mission for Lyft and required advanced data modeling. A.Team assembled and deployed a data science team from its network to solve Lyft's critical data modeling challenge.
