FLS+ sought to enhance, expand, and optimize their Flowzone App to promote mental wellness through play and science-based techniques. A.Team assembled a product team of experts and recruited an Interaction Designer to elevate the app's user experience. By creating detailed user journeys, high-quality UI designs, and consistent branding, A.Team transformed the Flowzone App into a comprehensive digital solution that attracted major clients and revolutionized the mental fitness space.

CaringWire is on a mission to redefine family caregiving by empowering a proactive approach for managing non-clinical aspects of care—i.e. the social determinants of health. They brought in A.Team to help reimagine their user experience as most of their patients are older and less tech-savvy. The goal? Build a text-based communication system that will help change patterns and promote healthier lifestyles for those at risk. After its UX lift, CaringWire announced a collaboration with Mark Cuban’s Cost Plus Drug Company to make healthcare more accessible and transparent.

Healthtech platforms are often buggy and hard to use. That’s what led LifePoint—a Healthcare giant that actually cares about Healthtech—to seek out the product and transformation expert Abhi Bhattacharya to help them envision something better. In two weeks Abhi led a small A.Team to build out a clickable prototype for LifePoint’s new specialties-as-a-service physician hub—a platform that physicians actually want to use.
