Lululemon, a renowned athleisure company, was wrestling with the impersonal and often overwhelming nature of e-commerce shopping. Despite personalized product suggestions, the shopping experience largely remained the same for everyone, making it hard for customers to make purchase decisions.

A.Team assembled a group of experts in a hackathon to develop a GPT-powered generative AI shopping assistant tailored for Lululemon. This solution answers product queries, offers fit and sizing help, suggests products, and maintains the Lululemon brand voice, leading to a more personalized and engaging shopping experience.
