Yes, you indicate your preferred rate on your profile. Each mission also shows the client's preferred rate range on the role card. When applying, you specify your rate for that mission. We encourage builders to stay within the client's range to improve your chances of being selected.
Most missions are part-time to full-time and typically last several months. The exact scope depends on the project, and we'll share details before you commit.
Yes, most missions are fully remote. In some cases, there may be location requirements due to data security, compliance, taxation, or regulatory considerations, so you may need to be based in a specific region or country.
Most of the time, you'll work as part of a team, either alongside other A.Team builders or directly with client teams, collaborating with peers at your level on meaningful, high-impact missions.
In general, we do not work with agencies or competitors on the platform. This ensures that every builder's contributions are independent and fully recognized, and that rates are paid directly to each builder. We do encourage collaboration within teams, so agency members are welcome to join individually, set up their own profiles, and participate in missions as independent builders.
After joining A.Team, you'll complete a short review process before gaining full access to the platform. Once approved, you can start applying for handpicked missions or explore opportunities on the notice board.
